As a Senior Amazon Brand Manager at GNO Partners, you are not just a consultant; you are the primary owner of growth. You will take charge of 7 and 8-figure brands, ensuring they hit aggressive revenue and profit targets. This role requires a unique blend of high-level strategy and technical hands-on work.
You will be supported by internal specialists, but the ultimate success of the brand lies in your ability to coordinate PPC, SEO, and pricing strategies effectively.
Key Responsibilities and Ownership
To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable owning the following areas end-to-end:
1. Comprehensive PPC Management
Advertising is the engine of Amazon growth. You will be responsible for:
Building and launching high-performing campaigns from scratch.
Daily optimization to eliminate wasted spend and improve ACOS.
Keyword harvesting and bid management to maintain a competitive edge.
Following established SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) while bringing your own expertise to the table.
2. Advanced SEO and Listing Optimization
Organic ranking is what ensures long-term profitability. Your tasks will include:
Performing deep dives into Search Query Performance Reports (SQPR).
Keyword research and clustering to dominate relevant search terms.
Optimizing listings (Titles, Bullets, and A+ Content) to maximize conversion rates (CVR).
Aligning your PPC strategy to support and boost organic rankings.
3. Pricing, Offers, and Promotions
A great product needs a great offer. You will:
Structure and test pricing strategies, coupons, and bundles.

Ensure that every discount or deal protects the brand’s overall margin.
4. Financial Health and P&L Optimization
You need to be "friends with the numbers." This role involves:
Regularly reading and interpreting the brand’s P&L.

Making data-driven decisions to improve the bottom line, not just the top-line revenue.
5. Operations and Catalog Health
Growth is impossible if the foundation is broken. You will:
Coordinate supply chain needs, including restock plans and inventory forecasting.
Troubleshoot catalog issues such as listing suppressions, browse node corrections, and variation merges/splits.
Manage inventory risk to prevent "out of stock" scenarios that hurt rankings.
6. Competitive Insights and Reporting
