Private Sector Experience Proof: If you are claiming experience from a private firm (like for the Deputy Director or Public Relations Officer positions), that entity must be registered with the SECP, Registrar of Firms, or another regulatory authority. You must provide proof of registration showing the body was registered during your tenure.
Post-Qualification Experience Only: PPSC explicitly counts experience gained after you have completed the required degree. Anything done before or during your studies won't count.
No CGPA on Interviews: You must provide a certificate showing the exact marks obtained or percentage from your university; standard CGPA letters are not acceptable at the interview stage.
Online Fee Deposit: Deposit your application fee using official channels like ATMs, Mobile Banking, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Link Member Banks.

Assistant Director / Electrical Engineer (BS-17): 01 Post on a 3-year contract. Requires a BSc in Electrical Engineering. Age limit is 21 to 33 years for males and 21 to 36 years for females. The 100-marks MCQ test will be 100% based on electrical engineering qualification questions.
Accountant / Auditor / Store Keeper / Cashier (BS-16) at PSIC: 01 Post (Minority Quota). Requires a B.Com in IT, B.A., or B.Sc. (2nd division) with a major in Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics, plus 2 years of experience in handling accounts. The test will be 100% focused on Audit, Accounts, and Finance.
3. Punjab Food Authority (Price Control & Commodities Management)
Public Relations Officer (BS-17): 01 Post (Open Merit) on a 3-year contract, with postings anywhere in Punjab.
Eligibility: Master's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or Communication Studies, plus 3 years of post-qualification experience in the public or private sector. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS Office.
Age Limit: Male (25 to 38 years), Female (25 to 41 years).
Test Syllabus: 60% Mass Communication/Journalism, 20% English Language, and 20% Urdu Language. Candidates who pass this written exam will undergo an MS Office proficiency test on the computer.

1. Punjab Environment Protection and Climate Change Department

Personal Assistant (BS-16)
Total Posts: 01 (Open Merit)
Who can apply: Graduates (16 years of education, 2nd division) with a shorthand speed of 70 wpm and typing speed of 35 wpm in English. You also need a 3-month Office Automation Certificate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet/Email).
Age Limit: Male (21 to 35 years), Female (21 to 38 years).
Selection Process: First, you have to pass the English Shorthand test. If you clear that, you will be called for the English typing and computer proficiency test.
Technical & Administrative Assistant Director Positions (BS-17)
There are multiple specialized Assistant Director slots available. For all technical roles, the age limit is 21 to 35 years for males and 21 to 38 years for females.
Assistant Director (Emerging Technology): Requires a BS/BSc (Hons) (2nd division) in Environmental Engineering, Structures & Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
Assistant Director (Training): Open to BSc/BS (Hons) in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science & Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Environmental Sciences.
Assistant Director (Technology Transfer): Requires a BS/BSc (Hons) in Environmental, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
Assistant Director (Academics): Open to graduates in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science & Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Environmental Sciences.
Assistant Director (Admin & Finance): Requires a BS (Hons) in HRM, Public Administration, or Accounting and Finance.
Deputy Director Roles (BS-18)
If you have a higher degree and some practical field experience, these leadership roles offer brilliant growth. The age limit is 28 to 40 years for males and 28 to 43 years for females.
Deputy Director (Technology) & Deputy Director (Training & Research): Both roles require an MS/MSc (Hons)/M.Phil (18 years of education, 2nd division) in relevant Environmental Engineering or Environmental Science disciplines, alongside 3 years of post-qualification experience in public or private sector projects.
Syllabus Note for Environment Dept (BS-17 & BS-18 Technical Posts): The written test is a 90-minute MCQ paper of 100 marks. 80% of the questions will focus on environmental laws and policies (such as the Punjab Environmental Protection Act 1997, Single-Use Plastic Regulations 2023, Smog Prevention Rules 2023, and PEQS). The remaining 20% will cover General Ability and general Climate Change topics. For the Admin & Finance post, the paper will be 100% qualification-related.
